Here we really focus on what’s important to you and learning how to love your body through this journey.

Intermittent Fasting for your individual body and the benefits in addition to weight loss.

MOTIVATIONAL COACHING

My therapy is designed specifically to help and teach others how to reclaim their life’s purpose.

This includes retraining your brain to see a different narrative than the conditioned version of ourselves that we’ve grown to accept.

There are many levels to unraveling this conditioning and I typically start with 11 carefully designed sessions that will guide you on unbecoming, healing and relearning how to truly live by releasing pain physically, emotionally and spiritually.

By implementing ways to gain flow without attachment and ego you will get back to reclaiming yourself and your WHY.

Initial Consultation

FREE | 30 MINUTES

At our initial consultation we will get an opportunity to chat through what you are looking to gain from this work together. You will get a chance to know me and see if we will be a good fit for moving forward in this work. I look forward to learning more about you and your story.

Individual Session

$200 | 60 MINUTES

This is a stand-alone session that can be booked with me. This could be used as a check-in, follow-up, or extra work session to continue our work together. If you are not signed up for SAPT therapy, I highly recommend booking at least three sessions to get the most out of this work.

Self Abuse Prevention Therapy

$2,000 | 11 SESSIONS

My therapy is designed specifically to help and teach others how to reclaim their life’s purpose.

3 sessions: focus on identifying your trauma, understanding fear and the suffering thats held in the body.

3 sessions: focus on exploring relationships with others and ourselves.

3 sessions: dissolving shadows and habits that no longer serve your path, build a meditative practice using mindfulness techniques to serve you in becoming who you are meant to be.

2 sessions: finalizing the new path to living as your true authentic sovereign self.

Check-ins

$45 | 20 MINUTES

Check-ins are available for anyone who has had one full session. This time can be used for whatever you need. We can work through previously discussed items or new discoveries. I am happy to listen and give guidance in any way I can.

  • Nutritional guidance is an individualized whole human approach to lifestyle, focusing on long-term health integrating nutrition plans along with lifestyle changes to include sleep and ways to reduce and cope with stress.

  • Coaching individuals to overcome obstacles holding them back from their true authentic selves. Helping them regain their inner drive and achieve the life that leads them back to their WHY.

  • All sessions are held online via Zoom. Once you book, I will send confirmation in an email that will contain the link to join your session at your scheduled time.
